1 year agoAt 21:59 last night, we responded to the 2000 block of Wilhaven Dr in Cumberland for a vehicle in the ditch with 2 trapped occupants inside. Firefighters arrived quickly and used specialized tools to safely extricate both occupants out of the vehicle at 22:15
